A MOBILE APPLICATION TO IMPROVE MATHEMATICAL COMPETENCE FOR STUDENTS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES

This study aims at the design and evaluation of an educational Android application that is expected to help Greek gymnasium students with learning difficulties acquire extra skills in mathematics. Firstly, attitudes perceptions special education teachers about use ICTs class have been searched via a questionnaire. The results show all are familiar recognise importance pupils SEN. Additionally, they could very easily accept new mobile app process. We then created was first evaluated by 7 mathematicians informatics’ teachers. Their showed positive attitude toward application. During 2021-2022 school year, implemented two secondary schools. 16 difficulties, tried under supervision 3 Students, answering questionnaire both closed-ended open-ended questions, appear enthusiastic no differentiation according their gender type difficulty.
